Empire Scores High with Avaya Customers

Freehold, NJ - This past year, Avaya conducted the FY2002 Business Partner End User Customer Satisfaction Program to evaluate end-user customer's assessment of pricing, service quality, and product provided by Avaya Business Partners.
Empire Technologies, an Avaya Gold Business Partner honored with achieving the title of Avaya Business Partner of the Year for 2002, is pleased with the results for this survey program, which demonstrates the abilities of Empire to deliver the highest quality of sales and service.

The Survey, conducted by an independent Marketing Research Company, questions customers of Avaya Business Partners using a point scale with one being the lowest and a ten point rating showing an excellent performance.
Questions that were asked covered a broad range of categories such as: "How would you rate overall satisfaction? "
"How likely are you to select this Business Partner as your Primary Supplier?" and "How would you rate your sales and contracting experience overall?"
The rankings of this survey show that Empire Technologies consistently met the expectations of their customers and in the majority of cases exceed them.
