Through TelAgent, users can track critical data such as mean time to repair, recurring problem statistics, problem frequency, voice system performance, , and a wide variety of associated statistics to ensure uninterrupted voice and data traffic to the corporation and its customers.

TelAgent is easily accessed through any standard web browser, and users simply point and click to
initiate pre-defined report creation, and customize reports for specific user or department needs.
TelAgent generates reports based on user-specified date range parameters, with the option to view
reports online or print them with our standards based xml solutions and TelAgent Data Gateway,
providing integration with existing management consoles such as HP OpenView, CA Unicenter, or your homegrown
solution.

Easy to Understand Report and Activity Logs
Through TelAgent, the critical statistical data necessary to enhance overall service levels is automatically gathered, formatted into easy-to-read reports, and rapidly delivered to authorized users.

Analyzing the specific data from detailed device activity logs, TelAgent generates pre-defined reports comparing all message and alarm statistics for each device and every action performed, including the time alarms occurred, who acknowledged alarms, alarm severity, alarm frequency, and much more.

In addition to many device specific reports, standard TelAgent Alarm Reports include:

Events Report provides a listing of events for managed systems. Reports can be filtered by:

  • System - the specific system(s) being monitored PBX, Voice Mail, CMS, Router, Switch, etc.
  • Maintenance Coverage – the specific maintenance coverage on the system (8X5, 24X7, Time and Material, etc)
  • Event Types – Majors, Minors, Status
  • Event Source – Alarm sent by device, Task, Service Center
  • Event Status – Unhandled, In Process, Question, Handled
  • Date Range – Day, Week, Month, Year and beyond

Maintenance Report provides a listing of maintenance activities for managed systems. Reports can be filtered by:

  • System - the specific system(s) being monitored PBX, Voice Mail, CMS, Router, Switch, etc.
  • System Type – the specific Manufacturer, Product line or Model
  • Event Type – Majors, Minors, Status
  • Event Source – Alarm sent by device, Task, Service Center
  • Alarm Search – Alarm string that was generated from the system(s)
  • Event Status – Unhandled, In Process, Question, Handled
  • Date Range – Day, Week, Month, Year and beyond

Contacts Report provides a listing of managed system contacts. Reports can be filtered by:

  • System - the specific system(s) being monitored PBX, Voice Mail, CMS, Router, Switch, etc.
  • Name Search – First or last name

Network Topology provides a map of the managed systems. Reports can be filtered by:

  • System - the specific system(s) being monitored PBX, Voice Mail, CMS, Router, Switch, etc.
  • System Type – the specific Manufacturer, Product Line or Model
  • Maintenance Coverage – the specific maintenance coverage on the system (8X5, 24X7, Time and Material, etc)
